Troubleshooting

I receive an error code when I try to subscribe. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear this. If you see an error message when attempting to subscribe to Remini Web, it’s for one of the following reasons:

  • The credit card data is either wrong or incomplete. In this case, we suggest checking your credit card information and correcting any errors.
  • The email address is invalid. We suggest checking your email information and correcting any errors.

I receive an error code when I try to enhance a photo. What should I do?

If you see an error message when attempting to enhance a photo with Remini Web, it’s for one of the following reasons:

  • The format of the photo isn’t accepted. In this case, we suggest changing photos or exporting the same one in a different format. Remini accepts most formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, GIF, PSD, and HEIC.
  • The photo isn’t a suitable size for enhancement on Remini. Our AI currently processes photos with a maximum size of 2048*2048 pixels, and any image exceeding this limit is compressed to fit. We recommend that you check the size of the photo you uploaded and resize it if necessary.

Editing guide

Are any photos not suitable for enhancement with Remini?

Our AI works wonders in most cases. However, there are some particular photos that might not get the results you were looking for. These may include the following:

  • Photos that are too damaged, blurred, or stained
  • Photos with faces that are too blurred, despite the other elements in the photo being of a suitable quality
  • Photos showing the reverse or silhouette of a person, as our AI works best on faces and face-on photos
  • Oversized images, as our AI currently processes photos with a maximum size of 2048*2048 pixels, and any image exceeding this limit is compressed to fit

Why are some faces not enhanced?

The enhanced result may not be optimal if the face in the photo is too small. Otherwise, the enhanced face would appear too sharp or otherwise unnatural in comparison to the rest of the photo.

If you’re trying to enhance only one or a small selection of faces in a group photo, try cropping the image accordingly. Having fewer faces to focus on lets our AI deliver a better result.
